Washing and looking after your suit
Looked after properly, a Vertex suit lasts for years. It is a simple routine.
- Do up all the zips first. An open zip can catch and damage the fabric in the drum.
- Machine wash or hand wash at 30°C, on a delicate cycle.
- Spin no faster than 800.
- Hang it up to dry. Never tumble dry.
Hand wash the first time, or use a colour catcher sheet in the machine. Strong colours can bleed on a first wash, and once they have run into a white panel there is no undoing it.

My suit does not fit
Sorry about that — we would like to put it right, and we have built a page specifically for this.
It walks you through photographing the problem and measuring both the suit and yourself, so we can work out exactly where the difference has crept in. It takes about ten minutes and a tape measure, and it saves a long back-and-forth by email.

Change an order
Changes requested within 24 hours can usually be made, but we cannot guarantee it — once a suit has gone into production the fabric has been cut to your measurements and it is too late to alter it.
Tell us your order number and exactly what needs changing, and we will come back to you and confirm whether we have caught it in time.
